Reservation and Checkout
Please reserve your equipment by email well in advance to ensure availability. Please include the following information:

Name, email address and telephone number of the contact person

Name, address and VAT ID of the company

List of the equipment you need

Start and end date of your rent
If we need any further information, we will contact you by phone or email.
After that we will send you a quote, which you need to confirm by email to activate your reservation.
Payment Terms
Any and all equipment returned after 12:00 AM on the expected day of return will be charged for that day at the standard daily rental rate.
We accept payment via cash or bank transfer.
All returned equipment will be thoroughly checked, and any lost or damaged equipment will be communicated within 1 week after return. Any lost and/or damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.
All new clients must pay a deposit and their full payment is due the return of all equipment. The amount of the deposit depends on the value of the reserved equipment.
If you wish to checkout or return at weekend or out of the hours of operation, you have to pay extra 5000 HUF + VAT for every hour started
Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
Saturday to Sunday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, on-call only
